ÜZEYIR KEMENT (ORDU UNIVERSITY)

Üzeyir Kement is an Associate Professor at Ordu University, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Faculty of Tourism. His research interests include sustainable tourism, gastronomy and recreation with a focus on the social psychological perspective of tourist behavior. He has published in tourism journals. In addition, he takes an active role in academic publishing activities as the Editor-in-Chief of Tourism & Recreation Journal.
